What does delivery cost?

  • Free delivery for orders over R500
  • R65 delivery for orders under R500
  • NB: Deliveries are made during office hours (8am to 5pm) and on weekdays only

NB: Deliveries times are estimated and are dependent on specific routes and road conditions *Main centres: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria and Kimberley. **Please add 1-3 days for bulky items over 3kg. ***Order Cutoff time: Orders received after 2PM Mon-Thurs will only be processed and invoiced the following day. Orders received after 2PM Friday will only be processed and invoiced the following Monday.

Delivery policy

  1. We can only deliver products to physical addresses (no PO boxes) within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
  2. Please provide an accurate street address to ensure the driver can find your address
  3. Delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched, not when you place the order
  4. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on or after the following Monday.
  5. A unique waybill tracking number will be communicated to you via email which can be used to track the status of your order.
  6. Your deliveries will be fulfilled by Aramex or the Gilbert Netball Service Centre.
  7. We do not allow collections at our warehouse
